AA Warranties - Bad service

I’m very disappointed in AA! I Just received a call form AA that they are unable to refund my money that I paid out of my pocket to replace my gearbox. According to AA they didn’t inspect my car first! I've sended through pictures, Quotations and proof of payment.

First of all - there were no time to wait for AA because I couldn’t drove any further with the car because there would've been more damage to the car . 2nd I’m a single mother that cant sit without a car so I needed to fix the car quickly if I didn’t it would’ve been much more money as they informed me the damage would be massive if I drive any longer with the car! I drove the WHOLE day to find someone that will work with my AA plan but nobody wants to and now I see why. Why do I pay so much money for this AA plan then???? Rather stay away from AA. Nobody will help you because no one want to work through them at all.
