AA Warranties

I am at platinum level paying R450 per month for more than two years, my car alternator is covered on the policy. On Tuesday the alternator broke down. After it was checked the technician wrote the report and I think his wording was not right as result AA capitalised on it and decline the claim without sending an assessor to verify. I then requested AA to send an assessor to come and verify the condition of the alternator so that all the parties are satisfied, they refused saying the case is closed. That is not fair, its not for the first time they decline my claim, I am really hurting, at least if they could send an assessor to verify it, I will accept it but they refused.
