A.A WARRANTIES

My Audi A5 went in for repairs cause of a piston which had faulted , the process was followed by work shop VasMaster, the owner of the workshop send request to overhaul the motor which A.A WARRANTY DECLINED and had said they will only be replacing the damaged parts which was done my motor was never overhauled .(only parts which was replaced was 4 pistons,oil rings ,gaskets ,oil anti freeze and Labor which A.A paid for ) A.A claiming on their invoice my water pump was replaced which was not the case , at this moment the water pump has failed and they refusing to pay for it. Cause of what the work shop has put on invoice . since march the workshop only has replaced damaged parts only and nothing else .

I took out a policy to maintain my car in case of emergency Mr F.Fraser very rude person , as a client of A.A WARRANTY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE . You have a service provider who works against their only clients .

Cause what the mechanical shop had repaired was what was paid for only , I asked F.Fraser to provide my proof of what A.A had paid for and he confirmed and the more I tell him the only parts that was repaired was what was paid for by A.A the more he refused to help me get my car repair this id B.S My policy number AWE 11185
