Worst experience I had in my 57 years off existence service is beyond poor, arrogant, unhelpful there is no words to describe the awful unprofessional way that AA Warranties treat their customers. 57 telephone calls only 4 answered/ 52 messages left 0 reply Send 10 emails no reply Send email to AA complains 72 hours no feedback Spoke to a supervisor he is just as arrogant as his staff. The assessor took over a week to inspect my car This whole process has been going on for almost 3 weeks. The amount AA approved for my repairs is ridiculous disrespectful and then you can only dispute this by mail there is no direct contact with complains ????????????????????? As I am writing this I am still waiting for any feedback from AA warranties 3 weeks later.
