AA Runs the biggest ****

AA Waaranties is running the biggest ****.

So last week Monday January 10th I took my car to VW for service and while it was there it turned out that the car had a bad waterpump leak so much that the waterpump had to be teplaced, VW quoted R9000 for that BUT AA refused to pay and authorised R6 200 which is based on “market” price.

When I intercated with this “market” price story (considering that the car was diagnosed at VW) AA told me that they only authorise prices for aftermarket parts and not for genuine parts and that is where I have a problem.

When I signed the extended warranty I was made to believe that I could claim up to R40 000 per month but no one ever told me that the parts should be pirate and not orignal.
