AA - poor service

I have been trying for over a week to purchase a product that AA warranties sell call Evolve. When you call in you get passed from pillar to post with promises someone will call you back. I have emailed as well and requested online quotes - NOTHING. So disappointing that a reputable company like the AA are so shoddy about responding to potential new clients. I even complained on line - also nothing.
