AA motor warranty is the **** of the century

AA is the **** of the century. I had a claim on a damaged motor in 2020, they refused the R40k claim and paid out R9k. The car was without an engine from July till Oct 2020. Last month my gearbox packed up and they refused my claim. Another R50k They stated that they only insure when a part actually breaks (And it did physically break) and then they said i did not service my car during July or august 2020 as per manufacturer spec. My car did not have a engine to service due to the breakdown they did not want to pay for. What must i service is there is no engine in the car? You can't speak to anyone to try and explain, have reported this to the ombudsman, but we all know how long they take. With every enquiry, they just resend me the same useless email. One can never speak to anyone that can actually assist and they just say it's rejected, go to ombudsman. Am now starting legal action against them
