AA Mechanical Warranties refusing to pay for a claim.

AA Warranties, what a ******* company, they collect all the premiums when it's time to pay for a claim they try to find an excuse not to pay. I took my car to a repair dealer for some repairs of which the repair dealer diagnosed that the turbo has problems and needs to be replaced. AA disputed those findings and said that it's "wear and tear"of which they are not going to pay for the claim. I took the car to AUDI (OEM) for a second opinion of which they also came to the conclusion that the turbo needs to be replaced and is actually not "wear and tear". AA asked that the car be taken to a turbo specialist for another opinion who also came to the same conclusion that the repair dealer and Audi came. Realizing that they are in a tight corner, AA authorized that the turbo be fixed as per their own technical team. What i don't understand is why didn't their technical team came to that conclusion in the first instance? Why are they only authorizing for the repair whereas the 3 experts said that the whole unit needs to be changed? Why take my premiums if you are not going to pay my claim. This is a company that tries to save money at the expense of it's clients. Very bad company to sign-up for.
