Aa is ripping people's off.
There was a noisy sound from the bonnet and my steering wheel was feeling loose . My tyre where also getting worn out from the inner side only. I informed AA and was requested to take car to Workshop. I was informed that the problem was the suspension when I showed the AA warrant they refused to use the warrant stating that they get problems they AA has to pay. As that result AA instructed me to use my own money and claim it afterwards. The car took two days at the Workshop I even had to book in at a guesthouse. When I mailed the receipts to AA was requested to send the pics of parts that were replaced. Afterwards I was informed it was wear and tear they cannot refund me. They did not even call the Workshop to ask the reason from the mechanics as to why the parts were replaced. My car drives much better now after that service. I paid R10 000 for parts and labour . now I can't be refunded by AA. Now I understand why Workshops refuse their Warrant. I am really disappointed.
