AA is ****

I had a very bad experience with AA warranty, they have created a systematic that makes it impossible to claim, they in their policy document, they say they cover gear box parts, but they don't cover them under wear and tear, were do they draw the line between whats broken and what's worn out, my question is, inside a gearbox, how does one get to replace the damage before the parts inside get worn out? There is no life span that dictates that after a certain amount of years you must replace your gearbox or the inside components? in fact ive never been to a service station were you get to take your car in after a number of years to recon the gearbox, they say they cover the components if they break. I think this is absolutely *******. they tell you to take your car to an Authorised RMI workshop, who is then liable for the cost to the autobody shop for stripping the car to find the fault in order to claim? AA say that is at my cost cost a whole gearbox has been stripped and it must be put back because the cost to fix is about 20 thousand rand that the AA warranty will not pay, so I'm left with having to pay for labor of the workshop, Plus the damage that the car has sustained. this cannot be right when they intrcuted me to take my car there, if they wanted to make theor own assessment why could they not collect the car from me themselves and do they assessment, if this they don't agreement with the damage, then put my car together and bring it back as it was. now I must fight for my car with the Autobody shop cause they want their money from me.
