AA Evolve Warranty don't honor their coverage page in booklet.

I recently bought a used Mercedes GL350CDI from SA Motorcorp. During the purchase process the salesman offered me an AA Evolve Super plus warranty underwritten by Lombard Insurance. I asked the salesman if this warranty covers the air suspension of the car as well. He confirmed by handing me a booklet in which he highlighted the coverage per item. The page indicating coverage per item clearly mention SUSPENSION/AIR SUSPENSION COVERED TO R17000.00. Unfortunately I had a left front air shock leaking and claimed from AA Evolve Super plus. AA warranty assessor informed me that they don't cover the air suspension and that I must go to page 5 of the booklet where it says air shocks excluded. They apparently only cover the air compressor. I asked the assessor to get an AA warranty manager to call me to get to the bottom of this. the AA Warranty manager never contacted me. AA warranty contributed only R2000-00 towards additional component cover to assist me with the repair. Don't buy this AA Evolve warranty as they do not honor their coverage per item as indicated on the page in the booklet. It is mostly misleading. The service is also non excising as a manager did not call me to discuss.
