AA disappointing

Absolute disgrace how they find loop holes to not settle a claim. I had a leaked radiator which was replaced by AA no questions asked and after that we discovered the water pump is also leaking. The water pump is one sealed unit and just bolts to the engine and no maintenance can be done to it if it leaks its broken period and it needs to be replaced. AA refuses to replace it because '' The sudden and unforeseen breaking (fragmented, cracked or in pieces) '' so in my view if the insides of the water pump is broken but not visible to the eye(its one sealed unit) its broken and its seen as wear and tear according to AA!

AA I strongly advise you review your policy's and the underwriter for that matter because they are(AMP advance motor protector) finding reasons not settle claims and do not portray as AA advertises.

If the water pump is replaced it could prohibit major damage to the engine which will be visible to the eye and most likely be approved to replace as per AA policy the only deference the costs would be a major deference, nevertheless I cancel my policy and hope other people make sure that AA in my view is a **** and looking for reasons not to pay instead of assisting to keep your vehicle safely on the road.
