AA breaching POPIA and ECT, as well as the CPA.

I am constantly bombarded by sms from various AA insurance schemes. In contravention of the POPIA and electronic communications and transactions act (act 25 of 2002), there is no option to unsubscribe on their web pages, and they do NOT respond to the request to STOP, as the sms offers. I therefore wish request the relevant state authority to institute legal proceedings as prescribed for in the relevant acts against said SPAMMER.
