6 Weeks still waiting for payment or communication

I wish Hello peter ,made provision for companies like this to get minus stars. My Experience with AA Warranties is **********!

6 weeks ago a claim was lodged, after me following up day after day - no customer care at any point in time from AA. The claim was approved. It is now 5 weeks later and I still cannot fetch my vehicle, due to AA Warranties whom has not paid the dealership yet.

Every single day I send an email to payments dept, claims department, the claims advisor, the complaints department - with nothing more than radio silence from the AA.

Nobody has bothered to pick up the phone and call me. Nobody has apologised for the sorry excuse for service.

Never ever would I recommend this company to anyone, in fact I would do just the opposite.
