Not worth the ratings they get

Not happy with the way this company does business. Ordered an Amplifier for Christmas on 22 December. Turns out they don't have stock. We are going into 2022. How can your system allow people to buy stuff that you don't have stock of? You said I would get a refund as soon as my money comes trough. It's been 8 days and I still haven't received a refund.
