absolutely appalling
One star is generous. A1 Sound's customer service has been absolutely appalling. I tried calling four times, and nobody answered. When I finally reached a sales consultant on a mobile number and asked who I was speaking to, the response was: "You phoned me. You should know who you're speaking to." What an arrogant way to speak to a potential customer. I was enquiring about a R15,000 product they advertised and asking to speak to someone who could help. During my attempts to get assistance, the call was dropped three times. Getting basic sales information should never be this difficult. ****-poor communication, a rude response, and an incredibly frustrating experience. If this is the service I receive while trying to spend R15,000, I have no confidence in the support I would receive after paying. Based on my experience, I would not recommend A1 Sound. Distasteful, lack of communication and dishonest.
You order and pay for something just to find out they never had stock. Does not respond to messages either. Hopefully I get my refund.

Dishonest
I ordered and paid for a Midas mixer (XR18) through Takealot sold by A1 Sound on a discounted price that I need for a job coming up. Five days later I get a message the product is out of stock. When I looked at the same product on Takealot, the product was in stock with a marked up price. That is dishonest and bad service in my opinion. Never supporting them again.
