Pathetic service and terrible customer care.

Ordered a guitar on 01 August - phoned straight after ordering and was told it was available and they would send it as soon as payment clears. I phoned now on 08 August only to be told there was no stock and would refund me at some point in the day. Terrible phone manner - their excuse, the gentlemen who helped me went on leave today??
