ZERO RESPONSE - SHARES ARE NOT SAFE!

Pathetic service (zero) from JSE Investor Services. Despite several queries sent to their customer service helpdesk, there is NO response from them. I log into my shares monthly, but all of a sudden I'm asked for a SECRET CODE? What secret code? I feel that my shares are NOT SAFE anymore, and that something is being hidden. I'm a VERY NERVOUS customer, who is not being spoken to. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - despite big companies like Old Mutual and Quilter using them!!!!!
