Worst Service
So far the rudest and worst service ever from a shares company and its so called team leader. Can't even do a simple PAID FOR transfer of shares from a deceased estate from last year October 2019. The shares now suddenly appear to have an agent who knows nothing about these shares and unbeknown to me but according to the TEAM LEADER also has power of attorney on my account, whose name is on these shares is unknown, who has benefitted from these shares is unknown, because it certainly isn't me. As the beneficiary of these TRANSFERED PAID FOR shares I am not entitled to any information as to what has happened to these shares, according to LINK THE TEAM LEADER. Absolutely shocking service, if one could even call it service, one star is even too good for this outfit and their team leader.
We have investigated your complaint and reviewed all the correspondence and it is not our view that our Team Leader has in any way been disrespectful or rude.
Unfortunately there are very strict rules which financial institutions need to follow to ensure only the authorised person is provided information on share accounts. In this instance Standard Bank Trust has the authority for the Estate Late account. We will liaise with them today to ensure you receive the information from them directly.
