Unreliable, No communication...Shares and Dividends of Late Father

Unreliable, no communication, and not working through their own emails and documents properly.

I am my late father's executor and have only recently found out about his shares with JSE. I contacted them to put it over in my name. 2 months of back and forth (2-5 day business respond) and multiple calls from my side to the call center - and still I would receive emails saying I haven't given certain information or documents - which by now I had send 3 times. Now the shares are in my name - but the dividends are not being transferred to the Bank account that they accepted. Now there is a new story of how the bank account is not a type that they accept. I have called and tried to sort this out - but only after 20 min one sided convo I was promised I would be contacted via email and phone the same day - That was a week ago. Why can't you guys be as professional and accommodating as Computershare which sorted my Mother's shares out in 1 week?

I have dividends that need to be paid out and then I need to change the bank account AGAIN to my own bank account for the share now in my name...
