Do not let them be the custodian for your shares! This has to be the most *********** and nonchalant company I have dealt with in financial services. Their standard turnaround time for any request is 5 business days and they are unable to stick to that still. Any attempts to escalate are also subject to this ridiculous 5 day waiting period.
