Transfer of shares

I was appointed the Executor of the estate and after numerous attempts were made to transfer the shares, the shares have still not been transferred. According to Link there is still some information outstanding. This information was however sent to them previously. I do not understand why I must resent documents if the document are getting lost at Link.<br> <br> Please transfer the shares, as all the require document was sent months ago.
