Terrible service

Worse service ever!!! I spoke to Dimakatso to explain my situation regarding a deceased Trust account however she was unable to assist and escalated to a supervisor however he was unable to even apply logic to the situation. All these call centre agents know is to copy and paste requirements onto a mail and expect you to comply with everything even though certain requirements are unapplicable to your situation. I wish my dad never invested with this company ever.
