Shares sold but never receive my money its been more than 20 days now!

i sold 4 shares through bulk payment their platform at work where we sign in,it shows they worth 7000 and i was left with 1.1 shares iv been waiting since the 15th sending numerous emails now today i got a response from Sibo that they might be an error ,how can it be from February this year until now iv got 4 shares in error ??/i have sent them confirmation email they not responding instead i got money for 1 shares as settlement which i never even sell them! day light ******* this has inconvenience me a lot as it affected my whole plan! financially im drained and try call their number 086...it just ring then says leave your number and you will be contacted but nothing ! where is my money! worse part the 1 share that i got yesterday it was paid on account that I am no longer using it !no where to update banking details but they take old information that is no update !I can you guys pay my 7000! on my account that im using now anf get it frm my employer! from 15 of august up to date ! iv sent more than 4 emails only now they telling me stories cnt you guys track through reference on the confirmation of sale! i need my money please
