Ramanna Ramjogie Naidoo Death Claim

I did my father's death claim since last year October until today(Rammana Ramjogie Naidoo) but they are bull**** me.

I went four times to their company instead they keep on increasing from days to months Please do advise whether this must be a Court case or...?

I have submitted each and every document they had asked for.
