Professional and friendly service

I had a problem which prevented me from selling my shares. After 3 days of back and forth with a consultant I just wanted to give up because I kept calling, being told to do an extra step and STILL not getting what I asked for and this was frustrating. That’s my only complaint. But I was then called back by another consultant named Promise. She went out of her way to help me with my issue and really prioritised the matter, making sure that everything went smoothly. Very quickly, might I add. Promise was professional, patient, helpful and friendly.
