POSSIBLE ***** AS ALL MY DETAIL IS CORRECT ON JSE RECORDS

After many years (5+) of contacting JSE by E-mails, phone calls and even a visit to the Walk-in centre in Sandown, none of my dividends have been paid into my bank account. Only one E-mail stated payment into my bank account in 2023. BUT no sign of it was reflected. I even went into the Bank and they went back into the archive for me. They did not find a trace of it. Previously I received dividends twice a year and if no dividends were due, I would receive a written notice. PLEASE HELP as I really need the money now that I am on pension.
