Poor service with no feedback

On 20 Sept I sold shares from my account to be paid within 3-4 working days. Followed up on 29 Sept as the money was already overdue and was told the JSE is down for a week so no money can be paid but they will phone me that day and resolve. Followed up again today only to be told the JSE is still down and not releasing any money? Surely this is **** as nowhere in any news bulletin is it stated that the JSE isnt trading! Again a promise of it being resolved this week and that they will call back! Poor service is not starting to describe these people. Move your shares as quickly as you can!!! Shares are deducted from my account but not paid out!
