Poor service received from JSE Investor Services

I have Old Mutual and Quilter shares which they apparently administer. When enquiring about my dividends which I have not received for some years now I was instructed to complete banking, address and investor forms and submit same with two photographs of myself holding the front and back of my ID document below my chin. I did so and was told that they again want a further photo of myself with the back of my ID and all the banking and investment forms containing the various instructions signed on each page. Their original instructions only required the completed banking, address and investment forms and not the instructions about completing same. I now have to go the rigmarole all over again. This is ridiculous.
