Pathetic service.

Pathetic….Pathetic….Pathetic service. I simply cannot describe it enough.

I’ve been trying to sell my shares and after 2 weeks I’ll still going in circles. The contact centre is a total nightmare as I get bounced from one person to the next person every time I sent an email. And every person suggests different solutions. They are all totally useless.

And it does not even end here, I’ve finally come to the right department, but the amount of requirements they need from me is ridiculous. I simply want to sell my shares. I’ve tried several time to call this department and they said that the person is busy on a phone call and would call me back. 2 days later still nothing even after calling them 4 times and leaving a message to call back.

In comparison, selling shares on Stalin was a breeze. Everything was done online and it was quick and easy. What a pleasure to deal with Stalib.
