Old mutual shares under jse are a nightmare

Horrible service. Constant back and forth enquiries and submitting documents for years now. Last sent new account opening form on the 12 of November up until now there's no communication from them. Whenever I call I'm told we're excelating it for attention will call you back. Account *** has never received a single dividend payout now that I want it these payouts there's alot of running around with no end in sight.
