Old Mutual Investment Shares

We have investigated your query and note that several staff members have contacted you by email and phone to provide you with the list of documents required in order to update your details on the Old Mutual share register. There have been numerous communications and we have all the correspondence and calls on file.
To safeguard and protect shareholders we are only able to accept originally certified documents and unfortunately your documents were copies of certified documents. We also note that there were some documents that were not in order of those that we did receive from you. The management of the Old Mutual share register is outsourced to Link Market Services and any details that you update directly with Old Mutual for your investments you hold with them are not related to your shareholding managed by Link Market Services.
Our staff are once again contacting you this afternoon to go through our requirements so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
