No communication

I have been trying to get my shares sold for 5 business days.

Initially I had a challenge with a consultant for my details and I was escalated to a Manger. I can say that the manager got the ball rolling, but now that it is out of her hands, I have had no correspondence as to what is happening.

I even emailed the manager, but no response. How long must I still wait.
