Missing pay out money.

I was expecting my shares founds for Thusano trust, from JSE services. I was told they realized the founds on the 11th & 12th of March 2026 to my Capitec account ***, I never received any payment. I was told to go to the bank, and the bank confirmed to them that there's no funds were sent to my account. I communicated with them (Ntombi Zwane) from JSE Investor Services several times and I'm not getting any help. This issue affects me mentally as my children need the money for their school and personal expenses, as it’s been more than a month now without any assistance or proof of payment so I can see where the money went.
