Link Market Services holding up sale of Yebo Yethu Vodacom Shares

<p>Yebo Yethu Shares - Vodacom appointed Link Market Services unresponsive</p> <p><br />Ticket number: YYS 9289<br /> <br />I am a shareholder of Yebo Yethu shares and submitted my FICA documents on the 30th of September (almost 4 weeks ago). The support department asked me to submit a change of details for my residential address as they said they do not have it on record and I did on the 10th of October. They sent those documents to the compliance division which is Link Market Services. I'm waiting to sell my shares as I have an urgent loan to repay. I've called the Yebo Yethu call centre on ********** numerous times without getting assistance. Today I was told that they are waiting for Link Market Services to complete the process.</p> <p><br />It is now 12 business working days since the support department at Yebo Yethu forwarded my documents to Link Market Services and I was told it would take 7 to 10 working days. Link Market Services has missed their own SLA. Keep in mind that I was told the whole process takes 7 to 10 working days and it's now been 18 working days which is double the time!</p> <p><br />It looks like Link Market Services is struggling with the task of assisting the Yebo Yethu shareholders.<br />In short, it looks like Vodacom or Link Market Services have gone AWOl with my shares.
