Link Market Services - Extremely Bad Service

Link Market Services is absolutely useless in responding to any query or sending out what is rightfully due to their investors/customers. I have been dealing with various Associates in front and back offices to obtain a copy of a share certificate. All forms completed, documents submitted, fees paid, etc, etc. and still waiting. They send out an automatic email message saying they will respond within 5 to 7 working days - what a joke!!!!! Even mails going personally to Associates are not responded to. I am actually wondering how this Company continues to exist?? From reading many reviews on Hello Peter - I see that there are a lot of people out there who have experienced the same service. I am also wondering what kind of top Management is running this Company. Investors out there - STAY AWAY FROM LINK MARKET SERVICES - if not, then suffer the consequences!!!!!!!
