JSE Investor Services - Excellent Service

I had the good fortune to come across 2 very helpful staff members at JSE investor services Pontsho and Promise who both helped me with patience , friendliness and a willingness to help. I spoke to a Kamo as well also helpful. Promise was the best because to be fair I had more dealings with her because she called me back later in the day to make sure that I was satisfied. I explained that I was still having problems with the system. She explained what she thought the problem could be and advised a solution. We spoke again the next day after I had done what she had advised I try i.e FICA my account and then try to register. I will check back again in 3 working days. Promise has the most delightful laugh that just made my day and I needed to hear it as I was having the most difficult day. Thank you to all the staff I spoke to at JSEinvestor Services the service is great. Promise you are my go to person
