JSE Investor Services bad service ...*****

they are *****sters , its been 12 weeks since i submitted my application as an executor of the late estate , with all the required documents after submitting i will call and follow up the consultant will confirm documents are all in oder , i have to wait for seven working days , again this morning i call again i have wait another seven working days , how many seven working day i have been awaiting , Gugu , & your staff have been not giving joy with your service @JSE Investor Services
