JSE Investor Services Appalling “Service”

I am deeply appalled by the “service” from JSE Investor services. Each and every request gets rep**** to with a 3-5 workday action period.

You as the investor/customer then have to follow up on the progress/status.

The way they conduct business is absolutely ridiculous. I intend to (after banking details finally get updated) to sell and withdraw all and find another service provider.
