Incompetence at it's final

I have been trying since last week Wednesday to sell my shares. No hope. I have to speak to the CSDP department who is in another building and has no phones. The MD apparently works from home. So now what. Should I sit back and loose money while they get their move in order. Incompetence at it's finest.
