How do I get through to jse?????

I sold shares on the 2nd of December 2023 and have been trying to follow up with jse since last week Wednesday. When I asked to be put through to mtn esop, the line just keeps cutting. I have called in and was told by the first responder that she will get someone to call me instead of putting me through and I still await that call back. This is such appalling service.
