Horrible service - Shared Plan Services

I'm an employee of a company that has an employment share purchase scheme run through JSE investor services, I have been trying to make contact with the shared services department, however whenever I call no one answers and it asks me to leave a message.

I called the investor center number to be directed to the shared services department and the same thing happened, but before this happened the lady I spoke to said she does not have a direct contact number for this department.

I'm assuming no one works in this department? It was so much better overall when Investec ran this scheme, they offered great service
