Horrible service

As I am seeing reviews I see we all have the same problem they don’t respond to emails, they don’t answer calls untill 4I am nolonger employed I sold my shares since the 24th of august today is the 5th I still don’t know if they are sold or not coz no one knows what they are doing, I have asked on email and call for Their complains department and no luck I am even considering the ombudsman now without their complains department. They shift blame to global cap my units where reduced from the ones I know and they blame global cap and capitec bank it’s just a mess expecially when you are unemployed. How hard Isit to sell shares
