We requested the FICA and name change on the 3 September in order to sell Old Mutual shares, after we followed up with their offices on numerous occasions, they requested additional documents from us. The additional documents were sent on the 13th September. There office confirmed documents were scanned. Once again after call on numerous occasions we were told they waiting on Head Office approval. We call again today and they still cannot even till us with is the hold up on our FICA request in order to sell the share. The Share price has dropped.

Beyond horrible and they should get negative stars.

Its crazy.
