Help, Patience and Understanding.

I am in the process of finalising my late wife's estate. the people at JSE were very helpful in guiding me through this process with opening an Estate Late account with the bank for share dividends to be paid into, and the information I needed to provide JSE with to do this. Aphelele was the young man who helped me resolve the problem with dividend payments to the bank, which the bank subsequently resolved.

However, on Tuesday 22nd April, one person, Thelma, was very helpful in assisting me sort out the final selling process of the shares involved and thus finalising the estate. The service I have received form these people was outstanding and my heart felt thanks goes out to them and their colleagues for their outstanding help and patience through out this difficult time for me.
