GOOD LUCK IN TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS COMPANY

Communication with this company was a nightmare. A simple task - trying to register on the online platform - proves incredibly difficult. On the one occasion I did speak to an advisor I was told I had to wait 24 hours before trying to access the platform : 36 hours later, no success. On phoning again, after a succession of automated responses, in a strong American accent, I was told I was first in the queue, and then an automated response says they can't take my call - I should leave a message and they would get back to me within 24 hours. On emailing them, the automatic response says they will respond in 3-5 working days! 3-5 working days to get a response!!! For further information or URGENT matters they will get back to you, telephonically, in 24 hours. What sort of business works like this??
