Get you shares out of this company!

After experiencing their (lack of) service back in Dec 2018 (and previously before that) I decided to transfer my shares from this antiquated and poorly run institution. After numerous calls and emails the transfer is yet to be completed and I truly believe that this "feet dragging" is an intentional way to delay/prevent loss of business which would otherwise be massive. Their latest ploy is to say they don't have proof of payment (transfer costs!) even though this was sent to them via my bank AND myself. Also, any other professional company would reconcile payment to their bank account via the reference number. Go figure!

My advice would be to sell/transfer/whatever your share out from this bunch as soon as possible!
