Very impressed with the service received earlier. I called to sell shares and unfortunately could not as the account had to be FICA verified. The agent, Dimakatso Moitshela told me that she would escalate to resolve, and phone me back to conclude the transaction. Well, never in my wildest dreams did I think she would, but not even 2 hours later I received a call from her and finalised the share dealing. Keep up the good and friendly service Dimakatso.
