Don't deal with JSE Investor Services

It ought to be minus 5 stars. What a hopeless group with which to deal! I needed to have my shares dematerialised. They assured me it would take '7 to 10 working days'. That was in May 2021. To date I am still waiting. They do not get back to you whe you have queries. They do not keep one informed. They make all sorts of feeble excuses when you do manage to get hold of someone. I had other shares dematerialised with Computershares in 2 months. When I called them I was kept informed. I eventually had to hand my matter to another company to take up the baton for me. JSE Investor Services is a joint venture between Link Market Shares and the JSE Services. In this day and age when so much is on line, this lot are so far behind, they make the dinosaurs look modern.
