Disgusting service and no feedback
We have been struggling since 13 January for Link Market Services to assist us with the dematerialisation and selling of our shares. Every time they have another excuse, and never communicate with you to advise if there are any outstanding issues. Mr Koenane is totally ***********, and does not know what the correct procedures are. (He even confirmed to me that he was ***********). What more must a person do to get service from a \reputable"company. They definitely are not a reputable company in my books."""
